TRADITIONAL AMERICAN ROOMS (Fox Chapel Publishing, March 2009) is a guided tour through the millwork found in the magnificent period rooms of the Winterthur Museum and Country Estate. The beautiful book explores 28 of Winterthur’s finest rooms from the Georgian and Federal periods, focusing on architectural interiors and moldings. Each room examined includes a blend of full-page color photography, history, sketches of molding profiles, and commentary on the architectural details inside each room. Co-authored with Brent Hull of Hull Historical Millwork.

Each issue of Old House Journal's New Old House features a column authored by Ms. Franck which examines American house styles. An original sketch of the house style being presented is drawn by Ms. Franck to accompany each column.

JOSE M. ALLEGUE, A BUILDER'S LEGACY (2002) ~ Researched, written and designed expressly for Mr. Lloyd Zuckerberg, the publication of Jose M. Allegue, A Builder's Legacy is Ms. Franck's first book publication. Between 1928 and 1968 Jose Allegue worked in southwestern Long Island building custom homes at a rate of about one home per year. His is a story of ascendancy from immigrant to a builder respected and beloved by his clients.
